The location provides a quiet room with space for all, food and drinks, writing instruments, chairs, and any other supplies needed
I provide music (portable speaker if no sound system), extra mats and props, safe yoga instruction, journaling pages
9:45 a.m. Arrival of participants
Coffee, tea, light snacks
Introductions and go over plan for the day
Intention setting (w journal)
10:15 a.m. Hatha Yoga Practice
Hatha is a gentle but active practice.
"Yoga clothes" are recommended or anything comfortable and not too baggy
It is suited for someone with a mat or seated on a chair, or a combination of the two. I am experienced in teaching yoga for people in wheelchairs as well.

11:15 a.m. Break and journaling
11:30 a.m. Playtime!
Learning new yoga poses, balancing, partner poses, games, fun stuff
12:15 a.m. Yin Yoga Practice into Savasana
Yin is holding relaxing poses for up to 3 minutes
Savasana is "corpse pose," an intentional rest time to soak in everything from the day
12:45 a.m. Journaling/discussion
1 p.m. Lunch is served
